The Clatronic International GmbH is an established importer and now 1982 worldwide wholesaler of electrical appliances. "Cla" stands for the family name Claßen, the founders of the company. The Clatronic International GmbH is how the two companies C. Bomann GmbH and ETV Electro-technical mbH to the group Clatronic International GmbH . The group imports and sells large and small electrical appliances and entertainment electronics internationally, primarily under the Clatronic, Bomann, ProfiCook, ProfiCare, CTC and AEG brands and through independent mail order companies . The company's headquarters are in Kempen near Krefeld.
ETV Elektrotechnische Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH
Under the brand name AEG, the company sells consumer electronics and electrical health care products as well as seasonal electrical items (radiators and fans). It is therefore a licensee of the Swedish home appliance company Electrolux AB , which today owns the AEG brand. The group of companies supplies national and international trading partners with more than 800 articles from the logistics center with more than 100,000 m² of storage space.
Bomann
Another subsidiary is C. Bomann GmbH , which was bought up in 1997. Products from the field of small and large electrical appliances are offered under the brand name Bomann.
