The Cleveland City Stars were an American football club from Cleveland, Ohio . The club was founded in 2007 and played from the 2007 season to the 2008 season in the USL Second Division , the third highest division in North American football. In the 2009 season he was active in the USL First Division , the second highest division. In 2009 the association was dissolved.
The club played its games at Krenzler Field, which is located on the grounds of Cleveland State University . The owner was the Cleveland Soccer Foundation.
