Colesbukta is a 4.5 km wide bay on the south side of the Isfjord on Svalbard . The Coleselva River, which flows through Colesdalen, flows into the bay. Colesdalen is considered to be one of the most vegetated areas on Svalbard.

The loading facility for the coal mined in Grumant and a settlement for the Russian miners were located on the east side of the bay until the abandonment of coal mining in 1962 . Colesbukta was through a narrow gauge - Lorenbahn connected to Grumant, which was passed through a tunnel through the cliff of Kolberget at Grumant. Only a few structures still exist in Colesbukta today.
