Collanos Workplace is free software to support teamwork . In the global collaborative Collanos network , teams connect directly to one another without the need for a server. The Collanos Workplace is developed by Collanos Software.

The program allows teams to create shared files for project information ( workspaces ) and to organize them freely. Both structured and unstructured data (tasks, notes, discussions, documents and files of all types) are supported.

Available for Microsoft Windows , Mac OS X and Linux , Collanos Workplace Teams enables collaboration across platforms.

In contrast to pure online teamwork solutions, team information is also available without an Internet connection and can be edited offline. As soon as team members' computers are online, their workspaces synchronize with one another. Team data is only kept on the team members' computers.

With team support without additional server or IT infrastructure requirements, Collanos wants to enable professional collaboration between ad hoc teams, in cross-company projects and outside the company context.
