Collina is an apple variety that originated in 1995 in the Netherlands .

The variety ripens early, possibly as early as late July to early August. The fruits are small to medium-sized, the basic color depending on the degree of ripeness green to yellow-green, covered in orange to red. The apple is slightly tart and is therefore suitable for baking or apple sauce. It easily develops pressure points and is therefore not very suitable for longer transport routes or long storage. Collina is therefore often sold close to the producer, for example through direct sales .
