Collothun

The Collothun , sometimes also Collethun , was a Persian measure of the volume of grain . The Artaba was the larger and guiding measure.

  • 1 Collothum = 8.155 liters (also = 7.02 or 8.19 or 8.22 liters)

  • 1 Artaba = 8 Collothun = 25 Capichas / Heminas = 50 Chenicas = 200 Sextario / Sextarius = 56.238 to 65.789 liters
