Company experience

Company Experience is the coordination of Customer Experience (CX), which generally covers all interactions of a customer with a company, with Employee Experience (EX), all work-related experiences that an employee collects in his employment and work environment. In every transformation process in which Company Experience is applied, the aim is to ensure a holistic vision for the company, to secure the ability to innovate, to awaken and attract talent and to improve well-being and productivity.

The implementation of a company experience strategy model consists in analyzing how the company is currently working, how it wants to work in the future and which opportunities for improvement are identified with it. Building on this, initiatives on space, work processes, technology and culture are brought together and a concept is developed that focuses on people and optimizes the use of resources. This enables the company to create and implement a global model for new ways of working that is specially tailored to the company's challenges.

The key to implementing a company experience model is a people-centered approach to generate a change process that involves the entire workforce and takes advantage of collective intelligence . The idea of ​​co-design, in which every employee is involved in the change process, encourages people to design new cultural models and to include them in a successful transformation of the corporate culture.

The company experience model is used to position organizations in a constantly changing work environment. The implementation of innovative ways of working and the transformation of culture through the combination of employee and customer experience enables companies to create strategic plans that connect the corporate culture with their employees and customers and at the same time create a global corporate image.  

By implementing a company experience model and developing a coherent culture supported by all employees, entrepreneurial goals such as creativity, transparency, communication, collaboration and people-oriented experiences can be achieved and optimized.
