Computer Network Operations ( CNO ; German  Computer Network Operations ) is a military term that includes several sub-terms.

Computer network attack

Computer Network Attack ( CNA ; German  Computer Network Attack ): Measures which, using computer networks , serveto disrupt, prevent or slow downaccess to information in computers or computer networks or the information, the associated computer networks or the destroy associated computers.

Computer Network Defense

Computer Network Defense (CND;German  Computer Network Defense ): Measures which, using computer networks, serve toprotect,monitorandanalyzeaccess to information in (own) computers or computer networks. CND also includes the detection and defense against unauthorized access to military computers (networks).

Computer Network Exploitation

Computer Network Exploitation ( CNE ; German  Computer Network Exploitation ): Measures which, by exploiting computer networks, enable the collection of information from or from opposing computers and computer networks.
