Computer Task Group Incorporated ("CTG") is a publicly traded company ( NASDAQ : CTGX) that offers IT personnel services and IT outsourcing (STBox Testing Methodology, Testing Consultants, Testing Engineers), with a focus on application testing. CTG was founded in 1966 by Randolph A. Marks and G. David Baer in Buffalo, New York. In 1969 the company was converted into a public limited company.

In addition to the head office in the USA and branches there, CTG had national companies in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Great Britain and Germany. In September 2007 the company had more than 3,300 employees worldwide. Business operations in Germany were closed again in 2008, and in the Netherlands in 2004.
