Concertgebouw de Vereeniging is a concert hall in Nijmegen , the Netherlands . The building at the central Keizer Karelplein roundabout serves as a venue for classical music, jazz, pop and rock music and is protected as a Rijksmonument .

The concert hall, built according to plans by Oscar Leeuw and with the assistance of Henri Leeuw jr. , opened in 1915 and combines elements of Art Nouveau and Art Deco .

Halls

  • Grote Zaal, large hall for 1450 people (1800 people without seats)
  • Kleine Zaal, small hall for 220 people
