Confederación Sudamericana de Rugby

The Confederación Sudamericana de Rugby (CONSUR) is the South American continental association for rugby union . Twelve national associations are affiliated with it. The association, founded on October 14, 1981, is responsible for organizing various rugby tournaments, including the South American championship (including U-18 and U-21) and the national champions' cup.
