Administration-to-consumer

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Administration-to-consumer , or A2C for short , is an act in e-business between a government agency (e.g. public administration) and the citizen (end customer). For a long time now, administrative authorities have also been trying to simplify communication with citizens. E-business platforms enable, among other things, the processing of forms that can be downloaded, edited and sent back online. There is no need to go to the authority and processing is accelerated.

Examples are the electronic elections , the registration of vehicles or the activation of the new identity cards.
