Content Vectoring Protocol

The Content Vectoring Protocol (CVP) is a protocol for firewalls that enables them to have defined content checked by an external program that must classify the content as harmless before the firewall allows it to pass. The check does not necessarily have to be carried out on the same system on which the firewall is operated.
