Corentin's fantastic adventures (original title: Corentin) is a French animated series that was produced between 1993 and 1994 . It is based on the comic book Corentin by the illustrator Paul Cuvelier .

The brave adventurer boy Corentin is the heir to a large company from his father and on the run Cory's aunt and cousin Louis, who try to get rid of him so that they no longer have a competitor. His father has long been considered missing and is believed by many to be dead. Corentin, however, believes that he is still alive and goes looking for him with a ship. His ship is attacked, but he gets away unscathed and sees his father again for the first time.

Production and publication

The series was produced in France between 1993 and 1994 by Belvision, Dargaud Films, France 3, the Sei Young Animation Company and Saban International. The series was first broadcast in Germany on January 19, 1995 on Premiere and on free TV on July 1, 1996 on Das Erste and later also on KiKA .
