Cromla House

Cromla House is a villa in the Scottish village of Corrie on the Isle of Arran in the North Ayrshire Council Area . In 1980 the structure was included in the Scottish Monument Lists in Monument Category C.

The exact year of construction of the two-story villa is not recorded. However, it dates from the early 19th century. A quarry stone wall encloses the property on the A841 coastal road . Cromla House itself is set back and can hardly be seen from the street. The masonry of the east-facing front consists of ashlar. The entrance door, designed with blind pillars , is located in the middle and is accessible via a front staircase. The facades are decorated with grooved cornices . Muntin windows are installed all around .
