Curt Stern Award
The Curt Stern Award is a scientific award from the American Society of Human Genetics (ASHG) and has been presented annually since 2001. The award is intended to commemorate Curt Stern (1902–1981), a German-American geneticist .
In addition to a medal, the award winner receives prize money of US $ 10,000 and will be presented at the ASHG's annual meeting. The Curt Stern Award honors outstanding scientific achievements in the field of human genetics over the past 10 years.
