yellow anvil, in which only the side visible above the water is shaped as a cone.

A striker is a floating body, comparable to a smaller buoy , usually in the shape of a cone.

According to the inland waterway regulations valid in Germany , anchors that could hinder shipping must be marked with yellow anchors with radar reflectors . Beaters are also required for marking nets and booms on fishing vessels. The same rules are laid down in the European Inland Waterways Regulations (CEVNI, Code Européen des Voies de la Navigation Intérieure ).
