Damion Palmer is a soccer player who played for the Turks and Caicos Islands national team .

Palmer was substituted on and scored in an unofficial friendly against the Cayman Islands U-21s , the game took place on September 25, 2000 and ended 5-0 for the Turks and Caicos Islands. At the Western Union Cup he was substituted on again against Harbor View FC , but this time he was denied a goal. The game was lost 8-1.
