Damophon (King of Pisa)
Damophon ( Greek Δαμοφῶν ), the son of Pantaleon , was a king of Pisa in the Peloponnese . During the 48th Olympiad (588–584 BC) the Eleans feared that Damophon was up to something against them. Therefore they went to the field against Pisa. However, at the request and pleading of Damophon, they withdrew. After him, his brother Pyrrhus became King of Pisa.
