Dapeng International Plaza
Dapeng International Plaza ( Chinese 大鵬 國際 廣場 / 大鹏 国际 广场 , Pinyin Dàpéng Guójì Guǎngchǎng ) is a 269.4 meter high skyscraper in Guangzhou , China . After many problems, the building was finally completed in spring 2006. Construction was halted several times, including one year between 2004 and 2005.
The tower is 213 meters to the top floor , but when measured to the top it is 269.4 meters, making it the 58th tallest building in the world when measured to the highest architectural point.
The building has 56 floors above ground that contain office space and four underground floors that are used as a parking lot.
The entire building was designed by the Guangzhou Design Institute . It covers an area of 131,792 m².
