The Furchester Hotel (original title: The Furchester Hotel ) is a British - American television series for children. It is an offshoot of the children's television program Sesame Street .

The focus of the series is the Furchester Hotel, owned by Funella Furchester. She runs the hotel together with her husband Furgus Fuzz and their daughter Phoebe Furchester-Fuzz. The family receives support from the characters Elmo and Cookie Monster, known from Sesame Street - the latter works as a room service worker and waiter in the breakfast room.
