De Peperklip is a very long house in the Dutch city ​​of Rotterdam . The 931 meter long building has a curved shape, which means that it is almost completely closed, and encloses a large inner courtyard. It is located in the Kop van Zuid -Entrepot district and urban development area. De Peperklip was designed from 1978 by the architect Carel JM Weeber; construction lasted from 1980 to 1984.

Over the years, the house has become a popular attraction. Today it houses a total of 549 apartments - 191 three-, 134 four- and 148 five-room apartments. 14 apartments are available for the disabled and 76 exclusively for young residents. The areas that have just been drawn from De Peperklip have four floors, the curve parts nine.
