The DenkmalAkademie is the educational institution of the German Foundation for Monument Protection . In it, experts from the German Foundation for Monument Protection and experts from the preservation of monuments actively pass on their knowledge from monument theory and monument practice. In face-to-face seminars, online webinars and workshops, the latest trends, research results or current issues relating to monument preservation are recorded and disseminated. The professional handling and maintenance of listed buildings is the focus.
participation
The memorial academy events are open to anyone who wants to acquire knowledge on the subject of monument preservation. This includes architects, town and village planners, employees of building authorities as well as private individuals or monument owners interested in culture and monuments. Participation is also possible while working, most of the training courses are recognized as professional training and are certified accordingly.
organization
The day, half-day and workshop seminars take place at different locations in the various federal states. In addition, the DenkmalAkademie offers a large number of webinars that can be attended nationwide and regardless of location. These online training courses are usually free of charge, face-to-face seminars are usually subject to a charge. The annual program will be announced in autumn of the previous year.
