The Monument to the Little Insurgent ( Polish : Pomnik Małego Powstańca ) is a monument in front of the city wall in Warsaw's Old Town , dedicated to the memory of the children who fell in the Warsaw Uprising of 1944. The approximately 150 cm high sculpture was created shortly after the war as a student work by the sculptor Jerzy Jarnuszkiewicz (1919–2005).

In reality, children did not take part in the fighting because of the shortage of weapons. The Warsaw Boy Scouts were used as mail carriers and paramedics.

A miniature of the sculpture was revered by many Polish families as a symbol of fallen family members. The sculpture itself was publicly displayed and unveiled on October 1, 1983.
