The innovator
The magazine The Newer - Journal of invention and suggestion scheme was part of Newer essence of the GDR to make improvements to increase, were encouraged at the workers, peasants and workers to increase productivity in the workplace. The magazine mainly contained experience reports from the innovator movement and made familiar with legal and organizational problems in inventions and patents.
The monthly magazine was published by the Office for Inventions and Patents of the GDR . From the first year in 1952 to the 13th year in 1964, the magazine appeared under the title Inventions and Suggestions in the German Central Publishing House , Berlin . As Der Neuerer , it was published by Die Wirtschaft , Berlin, from the 14th year 1965 onwards . It was discontinued in the 39th year with issue 4/1990.
