The well-tempered organ organ

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The well-tempered organ organ is a children's book by the German author and poet James Krüss (1926–1997), first published in 1961, with an afterword by Erich Kästner . The work includes poems to smile, reflect and sing. A revised new edition of the collection of poems appeared in January 1989. In September 2002 an audio CD of the book was published, spoken by Wolfgang Völz and Ilse Werner, as well as the organ organ maker Axel Stüber. Some of the poems in this work found their way into school books and poetry collections, for example Das Feuer and Die Weihnachtsmaus .
