Detlef Steves has to travel to different places and cities around the world, but apart from his suitcase he has no personal items with him. At first he doesn't know where he's going and what challenges await him on site. This is determined in all episodes by editor Daniel and his team Timo and Jo. The team regularly confronts Steves with tasks that he does not like.
