The German industrial REIT AG is a listed German real estate company based in Potsdam . It owns almost 50 properties exclusively in Germany with a book value of 439 million euros and an annual rent of around 33.1 million euros (as of September 2019).

The company was founded as Jägersteig Beteiligungs GmbH in November 2014. After a name change in October 2017, it was converted into Deutsche Industrie Grundbesitz AG. The company has had REIT status since the beginning of 2018 and has been called Deutsche Industrie REIT-AG since then.

The object of the company is the acquisition and management of a so-called light industrial real estate portfolio (production and logistics real estate as well as industrial parks) in established commercial or industrial areas with local relevance in 12 federal states.

The AG has been listed on the Berlin Stock Exchange since December 2017. The shareholder structure is characterized by institutional national and international investors. The largest shareholders (as of September 2018) are the Obotritia Group (35.3%), ALPHA 4 SA SICAV-SIF (10.00%), Lotus AG (9.88%) and Gert Purkert (9.08%) .
