DPG Deutsche Pfandsystem GmbH
The DPG German deposit system GmbH , based in Berlin on 29 June 2005 by the Central Association of German Retailers (HDE) and the Federal Association of the German Food Industry founded (BVE) with the aim of a nation-wide organization of a return system for-deposit one-way beverage packaging to create ( bottle deposit ).
After intensive work, the contractual and structural framework conditions were in place in April 2006. It defines the prerequisites for system participation and for monitoring the set of rules, including in the transition phase. The DPG also issues certificates and licenses that are required, for example, to use the protected logo.
The DPG is to ensure that the return of one-way containers , as required by law, works from May 1st, 2006.
