The German School Saint Petersburg (DSP) is a German-speaking school abroad in the Russian city ​​of Saint Petersburg . The school, which is under the patronage of the German Consulate General, started on September 1, 2009 initially with a kindergarten for children aged three and over, a pre-school and grades 1 to 9. It is financially supported by the Federal Republic of Germany through the Central Agency for Schools Abroad (ZfA) promoted.

The lessons at the German School Saint Petersburg are based on the curriculum of the state of Thuringia . In addition to German, Russian is also an integral part of the curriculum from the first grade, English is taught from the 3rd grade, French follows from the 6th grade.
