The German Psychologists Verlag (DPV) was founded in 1984 and is the publisher of the Professional Association of German Psychologists eV (BDP) .

The publishing program includes practical guides, working materials and tools for the professional practice of psychologists and psychotherapists. Well-known publications include the specialist and association journal BDP Report Psychologie and the specialist journals Wirtschaftspsychologie aktuell, VPP aktuell and Praxis der Rechtsspsychologie. With Praxis Schulpsychologie , the publishing house has been offering a new type of information service on the subject of school psychology since 2015 .

In addition, electronic media, tools for coaching and psychotherapy as well as numerous book publications on practice-relevant topics in the field of psychology and psychotherapy appear in the publishing program.

In 2018, the DPV launched the online magazine www.psylife.de. Readers from the fields of psychotherapy, counseling or coaching will find everything they need for their (professional) life here.
