German law (1931–1945)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The magazine Deutsches Recht was published from 1931 to 1945 in Berlin and other publishing locations and was the central organ of the National Socialist Lawyers' Association (also the subtitle of the magazine). In 1939 the magazine was merged with the “Juristische Wochenschrift”, which had been published by the German Lawyers' Association up to that point. From 1939 to 1942 there was an “Edition A, weekly edition”, an “edition B, monthly edition” and a “Vienna edition” of “German law”.

  1. Presumably the subtitle was only added or changed in this way on the occasion of the renaming of the Federation of National Socialist German Jurists in 1936 to the National Socialist Legal Guardian Association; but this is not evident from the ZDB.
