The Germany Life Insurance Actiengesellschaft was a German insurance company.

history

The insurance company was founded in Berlin in 1883 , initially as a mutual company. In 1900 it developed "favorably". Then it was converted into a stock corporation and merged with Wilhelma insurance in Berlin in 1901.

In 1915 Robert Mertins was the director. The supervisory board included the manor owners and chairman J. Klewitz (Kleinlübars), deputy director Paul von der Nahmer (Berlin), general director Carl von Thieme (Munich), secret medical advisor J. Keuller, bank director Justizrat Ms. Henneberg (Berlin), director Franz Müller (Berlin-Lichterfelde).

In 1915 the capital was 7 million marks in 3,500 registered shares.

In 1917 the insurance merged with Freia insurance in Berlin.
