The dialogue Post Manager is the official software of Deutsche Post AG to optimize postage and shipping preparation of mailings . Until December 31, 2015 the software was called Infopost Manager .
The software offers salutation generation, address verification, duplicate comparison , postage optimization based on the provisions of Deutsche Post AG and a mail merge module. All documents required for posting are created automatically. The pre-sorting carried out by the postal customer is rewarded with reduced postage rates. The Dialogpost national and international products, post draft special, letters at the kilo tariff and DHL Infopost as well as partial services can be prepared for dispatch with the Dialogpost Manager. All types of franking including IT franking are also possible.
