The Dibbern GmbH is a family-owned, German manufacturers of porcelain - glass - and textile products in the Tableware Division, headquartered in Bargteheide .

The company was founded in 1972 by Bernd T. Dibbern, who previously worked as an importer of Scandinavian porcelain products.

In 1982 Dibbern achieved the international breakthrough to become a lifestyle brand with the production of the Solid Color product line . The series, based on a Bauhaus shape from the early 1930s, has won various design awards. To this day, Dibbern is known for Solid Color - a pure shape combined with an extensive, modern color palette.

In 1997 Dibbern GmbH took over the traditional porcelain factory in Hohenberg an der Eger (formerly CM Hutschenreuther ) near the Czech border and has been producing its fine bone china there ever since . In the porcelain factory, fine bone china series are created at the highest level of craftsmanship according to a centuries-old tradition. Dibbling plates, bowls and cups made of fine bone china are, in contrast to machine pressing, still turned in the traditional way, which among other things achieves a particularly high edge impact resistance.

The high-quality and puristic Dibbern glass range is manufactured exclusively in Europe by exclusive glass manufacturers based on our own designs.

The renowned customer list includes not only well-known addresses from the luxury hotel industry and starred restaurants, but also the Federal Chancellery and Lufthansa First Class.
