The colorful ones
The Bunten were an Austrian right-wing extremist party . The list of citizens was founded and headed by Ludwig Reinthaler for the municipal council election in 2003 . She ran for the Wels municipal council and was excluded from this election on September 27, 2009 by the Constitutional Court (VfGH). An objection from 2010 was unsuccessful and the municipal council election was therefore declared valid.
The party hit the headlines again and again due to its programmatic proximity to the NSDAP and the use of National Socialist symbols such as the showing of the Hitler salute in the Mauthausen concentration camp by party supporters.
