The cooperative

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The cooperative was the name for a magazine of the Austrian commercial cooperative system founded by Hermann Ziller .

The magazine appeared for the first time on September 7, 1872 and, after 66 years of existence, was discontinued in autumn 1938 as part of the division of the Austrian Cooperative Association into the Danube and Alpine Cooperative Associations.

It has made a significant contribution to strengthening the cooperative concept, to advising the cooperatives and as the linguistic body of the General Association of Self-Help-Based Commercial and Economic Cooperatives in Austria (since 1930 Austrian Cooperative Association ) on draft laws , tax matters and association meetings.

The publication was initially weekly on Saturday and the dispatch took place in such a way that it arrived at most associations on Sunday.
