Place of employment

Employment referred to in Germany for public law ( civil servants , soldiers , judges ) and private law ( workers ) employed in the public service , the municipality , located in the service center is located. Each employee has only one place of employment, even if he is continuously working in several positions. If parts of his office are located in a different political municipality, the place of work is assumed to be the place where the employee is mainly active. In the case of teleworking or mobile work, the place of work is the place of work.

If official business is carried out outside of the place of work, this is a business trip .
