Diesendorf is a locality and cadastral community of the market town of Asperhofen in Lower Austria. The village has 102 inhabitants (January 1, 2020).

The street village is 1 kilometer west of Asperhofen and can be reached via the L2227 state road. The village itself is accessed through the L2228 state road. In the Franziszeischen cadastre from 1821 Diesendorf is recorded with several smaller and larger homesteads.
