Dietmar Keck (born April 27, 1957 in Linz ) is an Austrian politician ( SPÖ ) and member of the National Council .

education and profession

Dietmar Keck attended primary school from 1963 to 1967 and then secondary school until 1972. He then learned the profession of hairdresser until 1974 and did his military service in the same year. In 1978 he moved to Voestalpine Linz as a production technician , where he has been the workers' works council since 1993. Since 1998 he has also been the central and group works council.

Dietmar Keck has been Deputy District Party Chairman of SPÖ Linz since 1998 and Chairman of SPÖ VOEST-ALPINE since 1998. Since December 20, 2002 he has represented the SPÖ in the National Council.
