rejected name

Brya, das weiß ich seit heute auch (siehe Wikidata-Item). Die bei der Artikelerstellung genutzte Literatur hat sich darum aber auch nicht geschert. Gruß --Succu (Diskussion) 20:05, 13. Nov. 2013 (CET)

OK, die Art wurde erst 2006 in den Anhang V des Vienna Codes aufgenommen. Die relevanten Publikationen in diesem Zusammenhang sind:

For such things 2006 is quite some time ago. Besides, protection takes effect from the publishing of the proposal, which was in 1999.

        Basically this page can become a redirect to Adansonia gregorii, but there is some material here which could be included in the Adansonia gregorii page. A nice detail is that the "Erstbeschreibung" of the species is in 1842, as Capparis gibbosa, with the current name of the species published in 1857. - Brya (Diskussion) 18:53, 14. Nov. 2013 (CET)
