Do-ocracy

Do-ocracy (mixed form of English Do and Democracy ) is a form of organization in which individuals independently select and carry out their tasks. Responsibilities lie with the people involved and not with selected or specific positions. This model was originally presented by Sean Haugh and Michael Gilson-De Lemos at the American Libertarian Party . It is mostly used nowadays by the open source and wiki movements . It is also popular among participants in the Burning Man Festival.
