Doctor Deseo is a Basque rock group that has existed since the early 1980s .

History, themes

The band was born at the height of the musical movement rock radical vasco , during which punk rock played a dominant role. It was founded in Bilbao (Basque Country).

Most of the songs were written by Francis Díez, singer and head of the band. The lyrics are about sex and desire and the resulting conflict with reality, fears, the night, isolation, passion and action, pain and drugs.
