The Dom Development SA is a Polish real estate developer based in Warsaw . The company was founded in 1996 by Grzegorz Kiełpsz and has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2006 . The majority shareholder is Dom Development BV , Rotterdam . Dom Development is one of the largest investors in Warsaw housing. The company mainly builds residential complexes in the lower price segment. In the mid-2000s, however, the developer built a smaller apartment house in the Saxon Garden (“Rezydencja Opera”), which is one of the most expensive residential properties in Warsaw: in 2015, a price of 65,000 złoty / square meter was called here.
