Domestic Substances List

The Domestic Substances List ( DSL ) is the Canadian equivalent of the European list of existing substances EINECS ( European Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances ) and the list of new substances ELINCS (European List of Notified Chemical Substances). The legal basis of this list is the Canadian Environmental Protection Act of 1999, Section 66 Item (1).
