The Evangelical Lutheran village church Zumroda is located in the Zumroda district of the Nobitz community in the Altenburger Land district in Thuringia .

history

The place was because of his temple in earlier centuries a famous pilgrimage site . A wooden chapel stood in the center of the village until 1738 . It was called "Zum Rhoda". This chapel became dilapidated.

After the demolition, the current church was built on the same site . It was on November 12, 1739 inaugurated .
