Douglas Croft
Douglas Croft (actually Douglas Malcolm Wheatcroft ; born August 12, 1926 in Seattle , † October 24, 1963 in Los Angeles ) was an American actor.
He was the first and, at 16, the youngest actor to play Robin . The child actor was particularly popular in the 1940s. During the Second World War he served in the US Army. He died at the age of 37 and was buried in Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery in San Diego .
