Dragonfly is a group of hackers believed to be based in Eastern Europe.

Dragonfly is said to have attacked and spied on industrial plants in Europe and the USA from Eastern Europe using the Havex malware . In Germany, the group is said to have succeeded in controlling, manipulating and also sabotaging parts of the respective machinery using the industrial control systems of dozen companies .
