Dream Frequency

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Dream Frequency , a British house band founded by brothers Ian and Mark Bland in the late 1980s , initially only appeared as a live gig at local events in English rave clubs such as Shelley's .

While Mark Bland only acted in the background until he left, Ian Bland - who also wrote the songs - is considered the real head of Dream Frequency. Back then, Bland was supported by Debbie Sharp , who was responsible for the vocal part .

At the beginning of 1992 the project gained real fame in the rave scene with its first hit Feel far beyond the borders of England and shortly afterwards it was able to confirm and expand its success with the hit Take me . Both tracks made it into the top 20 of the UK charts. After a long break, Dream Frequency was brought back to life at the beginning of this millennium and is still represented at English live gigs - but also internationally.
