Three famous gardens in Japan
The Three Famous Gardens of Japan ( Japanese 日本 三名 園 Nihon Sanmeien ) are those that meet all the requirements for a perfect landscape garden according to the chronicles of the famous Luoyang Gardens , an ancient Chinese garden book by the poet Li Gefei:
- Spaciousness and seclusion,
- Craftsmanship and tradition,
- running water and panoramic views.
